Jordan’s embassy in Damascus launches online platform to streamline services

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has announced the readiness of the Jordanian Embassy in Damascus to assist Jordanian citizens residing or visiting Syria, as well as Syrian nationals, by providing comprehensive consular services.

Ministry spokesperson Ambassador Dr. Sufian Qudah said that following directives from Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi during his recent visit to the embassy, a new online platform has been launched to streamline appointment requests for consular services.

The platform, accessible via (https://booking.mfa.gov.jo), aims to enhance service efficiency for the Jordanian community in Syria and Syrian nationals seeking assistance.
