'Israeli' assault on Gaza enters day 446 with heavy bombardments
'Israeli' airstrikes and artillery attacks continued across the besieged Gaza Strip on Wednesday, marking the 446th day of the assault. The ongoing military operations have resulted in dozens of civilian casualties.
Attacks Near Kamal Adwan Hospital
Palestinian sources reported that 'Israeli' forces detonated buildings surrounding Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, early Wednesday.
Eyewitnesses confirmed that 'Israeli' troops also opened fire on the hospital while explosions rocked the surrounding areas.
Casualties and Destruction Across Gaza
In central Gaza's Nuseirat refugee camp, one Palestinian was killed, and four others were injured following an 'Israeli' strike on a residential apartment.
Meanwhile, in Gaza City's Zaytoun neighborhood, a massive explosion was reported after 'Israeli' forces demolished homes in the southern part of the area.
Further south, northwest of Khan Younis, seven people—including three children—were wounded when an 'Israeli' drone targeted a tent sheltering displaced families.
Rising Death Toll
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the death toll has risen to 45,338 since the aggression began.
