'Israeli' officer killed by Palestinian sniper in Gaza
An 'Israeli' army officer with the rank of major was killed in Gaza, according to Army Radio, citing a military source.
The source reported Thursday that the officer was shot by a Palestinian sniper in the Netzarim area, central Gaza.
Since October 2023, 'Israel', with US support, has continued its military campaign in Gaza, committing massacres, particularly in shelters such as schools. Meanwhile, Palestinian resistance forces persist in targeting 'Israeli' troops and vehicles in the area.
The ongoing assault has caused an unprecedented humanitarian crisis, displacing over 85 percent of Gaza's population—approximately 1.9 million people.
